DARKNESS HAS FALLEN, AND SHE ALONE WILL SEE THE LIGHT.

With her mother’s life hanging in the balance, Scarlett is devastated – and done with being in the dark. She wants answers, all of them.

But when was her pursuit of the truth ever straightforward?

Pulling a single thread impels a great unravelling. And each revelation will force Scarlett to rethink what she thought she knew about the Ceruleans, the Fallen, her family – herself.

All that came before was a mere prelude to this, the last journey. From London to Twycombe to Hollythwaite to Cerulea, Scarlett will be stalked by the ghosts of what has been, what may have been and what may come to pass. Until she reaches the place where it all began, and it all must end.

But in the final reckoning, none will survive unscathed. And some will not survive at all.

In this explosive conclusion to The Ceruleans series, all must be defined by their actions: sinner, saint… or something more beautiful entirely?

Hey! Today it's Darkly Deeply Beautifully by Megan Tayte's Release Day! I've been asked to hold a Launch/Release Party for it, and now here I am. For those who haven't heard of the book, it's the last book in the series called The Ceruleans. At the end of this party, there will be a giveaway in order to win very cool stuff! Make sure you join! And oh! Megan will be doing a guest post in order to explain her works! Are you ready for it? Here it goes!

Cover Reveal | Princess of Tyrone Cover

Princess of Tyrone (Fairytale Galaxy, #1) by Katie Hamstead
Release Date: March 31st, 2016
Publisher: Curiosity Quills Press
Genres: Space Opera, Sci-Fi, Fantasy
Goodreads
Apolline is happy hunting magical creatures on her pirate infested outer-perimeter planet. She is a fantastic shot, and doesn’t flinch at the blood and guts of her kills. Never once did she consider she could be the missing Princess of Tyrone.

All her life, she has heard the story of the Princess, cursed to sleep for eternity, unless her betrothed, the Prince of Oran, gave her true love’s kiss. Although Apolline knows she is betrothed, she thinks her fairy guardians arranged it out of ignorance of human ways. The thought she could be a princess is inconceivable.

Then Allard appears. Handsome, charming—but he’s not hers to have. He’s betrothed, too. Her guardians warn her against her new found friendship, but she and Allard meet in secret anyway. Despite her rough exterior, he sees beyond her gun-slinging bravado, and their love blossoms.

But the deadline for the sleeping curse is approaching. If Apolline falls in love with the wrong person, she could end up sleeping forever.

A quirky, adventurous retelling of Sleeping Beauty, with a less than princess-ly princess!

WOOHOO! Today, I'm going to share the cover of a new retelling of Sleeping Beauty, written by Katie Hamstead.

As you can see from the blurb, it's not just some other retelling, it's a very BADASS retelling with ANTIMAINSTREAM plot and BADASS HEROINE! How awesome is that! You know how I feel about retellings, especially after finishing The Lunar Chronicles, I can't wait to get my hands on this book! And oh! It has a very PRETTY cover, did I tell you? I judge a book by its cover and this book has already surpassed my standard.

Whoops, what? I haven't shown you the pretty little cover? Sorry, my bad. Okay, so... here goes awesomeness.

Every night for the past two years, the Balasura have visited her dreams, enticing her to enter their world. And every night she’s seen through their lies. Now, they’re tired of playing in the shadows and they begin to stalk her in the waking world. It’s no longer just an invitation; if Nadette doesn’t join them, they’ll take her family. Forever. She needs help, and the haven she’s seeking may be just out of reach.

Julian Teagan is a master of deception.

To survive, he has to convince the world his mother isn’t useless, that everything’s fine, otherwise he’ll lose what little he has left in this life. He knows the lying won’t be enough to keep him and his mother in the shadows, but it’s all he knows. The only light of truth is Orane, a Balasura who sees past Julian’s facade and challenges him to face the darkness. Then Orane is killed, and Julian learns his mentor was far from innocent. The Balasura have hunted children like him for centuries, and their next target, Nadette is his one chance at finally being a part of something real. If Julian can just convince her to trust him…

Hi! I'm glad to announce that right now I'll be hosting a giveaway of an e-book I reviewed earlier this month. It's about a badass girl who's trying to survive in a zombie apocalypse! I love zombies, basically everything about it. Well, I mostly like The Walking Dead, but I'm cool with any kind of zombies.

SHORT REVIEW

I was glad I had Life After The Undead as my first zombie novel ever. It has everything I could ever ask for in a novel featuring my favorite creatures in fictional worlds. It has a badass heroine. Like, really badass. Krista isn't easily intimidated, she stands up for herself, and I found myself liking her more and more each page. She's also smart and knows how to do her thing. My favorite line from her is exactly the same thing I would think of if I were in her shoes, or well.. mine.

Cover Reveal | The Crown

It's no longer a secret that I've been having high expectations for the last installment of The Selection's series. I've been very giddy since I finished The Heir around six months ago, since then, I couldn't stop talking about the book with my fellow fangirls. We've been talking about the title's possibilities, and well, we got it right. My friend and I came up with many possibilities and one of them was The Crown. We couldn't stop fangirling over it, we thought it was a good sign that we got the title right. Maybe the stars would align for us and Kile would be the one Eadlyn choose in the end. Maybe the cover would be so freakin-amazeballs that I would make it my desktop background the moment I laid my eyes on it.

But, then..

The cover was revealed..

And it looked like this..

Bloggish | Behind the Busy Schedule

Hey, guys! How's life? I know I haven't updated in a while. So sorry about that. Nothing was wrong, actually. It's just that school was being a total major asshat. Exams all week. Homework's piled up like a stack of dishes. Seriously. I studied until 3 am every day and it was pretty much for nothing. I still failed my tests. Ugh. But that's alright. I'm a big believer of 'when it comes to knowledge, nothing goes to waste'.
